MINNEAPOLIS – May 10, 2018 – Salo LLC, the leader in driving business outcomes in finance, accounting and human resources, recently added five new faces to the office. The names and positions of new hires are as follows: Christine Erickson as business development director, Hannah Erdman as associate manager of marketing, Natalie Chandler as benefits specialist, Allison McCloskey as business development manager and Gina Hutton as business development coordinator.

Christine Erickson’s 25+ years of experience in accounting and consulting has provided her with a unique perspective that will allow her to help connect clients to talent in the market. She will primarily focus on the development of both new business and consultants for Salo’s team. Erickson had previously spent 12 years at Salo as a consultant, so returning now “feels like coming home.”

Erickson studied accounting at the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management. Fun fact: She was proposed to while hiking Mt. Whitney on Consultation Lake.

Hannah Erdman will focus on performance and digital marketing, as well as paid media. Her previous experience in digital marketing at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. has made her adept at managing social media programs and data analysis. She is excited to take on the world of digital marketing in a new industry.

Erdman studied journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Fun fact: She has currently been to 22 states, but plans to visit all 50 before turning 40.

Natalie Chandler is another new addition to the Salo team. She previously spent four years at TopLine where she improved the internal hiring process and managed payroll, benefits and various other human resources responsibilities. Her focus at Salo will be to streamline the benefits process and to help employees and consultants understand how to best utilize their benefits.

Chandler studied marketing at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Fun fact: She once scuba dove between the continental plates in Iceland.

Allison McCloskey is transitioning to a new role within the Salo team as business development manager. Her heavy tax background and previous consulting experience with Salo will help her to focus on developing new business and new consultants for Salo’s team. She’s excited to make a difference and continue working with the excellent staff at Salo.

McCloskey studied business administration and accounting at Texas State University-San Marcos. She also has her CPA and is finishing up her master’s degree at the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management. Fun fact: She makes her own kombucha.

Gina Hutton will be serving as the new business development coordinator for Salo. Her previous experience at Aerotek has provided her with knowledge of the industry that has allowed her to effectively provide administrative assistance to the business by serving as a liaison between directors, clients and consultants. She’s excited to work with driven and passionate people.

Hutton studied business communications at St. Cloud State University. Fun fact: She danced professionally for both the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Minnesota Vikings.
