Salo LLC announces today the appointment of Sima Griffith, founder and Managing Principal of Aethlon Capital, to the Salo Advisory Board.

During her 25-year career, Griffith has successfully structured and completed mergers, acquisitions and capital raises for entrepreneurs, private and public companies and family businesses.

Griffith’s commitment in the community has earned her several awards including the Women on Boards’ “Non-Profit Director of the Year” and the National Association of Women Business Owners’ “Vision Award,” as well as its Minnesota chapter’s “Luminary Award.” Finance and Commerce named her one of its “Top Women in Finance,” and the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal selected her as one of the Twin Cities “Women to Watch.”
She is a frequent speaker on issues and trends in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Griffith serves as a judge for the Minnesota Cup, a statewide contest for Minnesota’s newest and most innovative business idea, and as a judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards.
Griffith currently serves on boards for the Walker Art Center, PACER and InnerCity Tennis.
She is a graduate of Amherst College and has served as Vice President of the Amherst Alumni Association of Minnesota. Griffith is a registered Principal with FINRA and holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
