Salo LLC, the leader Brooke Baker in driving business outcomes in finance, accounting and human resources, recently named Brooke Baker as Talent Acquisition Lead in its Minneapolis office.

In her new role, Baker will develop consistent recruitment processes, streamline hiring practices and identify talent through sourcing strategies. She’ll also be responsible for developing, mentoring and coaching internal customer experience specialists to help clients solve their business challenges.

Prior to joining Salo, Baker worked in HR and Talent Acquisition roles at Regis Corporation, Target and Stinson Leonard Street LLP.

Baker graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Human Resource Development.
