How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
I am a people-person who enjoys connecting others and helping clients achieve their goals. My role is to match our clients with the best of the best and to create long-term partnerships with our clients and consultants.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
Eight years of experience with strategic sales and consultative selling has helped me understand the needs of our clients and our consultants. My experience as a public accountant with EY and an internal auditor with Tribune has helped me understand the caliber of people we want to work with.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
I am a very adaptable, reliable and easy-going person with a great work ethic and positive attitude. These traits paired with being self-driven and persistent allow me to achieve my business goals and create meaningful partnerships with clients.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I am the youngest of four girls so I learned early on how to negotiate in life, which has helped with my drive and determination. I was also always curious about traveling. I earned the nickname “Penny Lane” from certain family members because I was always on the go and checking out new cities. I believe this curiosity has helped me become very adaptable in my work life, and it has encouraged me to be open to new opportunities.

Good-natured, always up for anything, music and fun loving, fiercely loyal and funny.
