How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
My experience in the healthcare industry really honed my soft-skills, which are essential for working with high-profile clients. I also spent a majority of that time immersed in revenue-cycle which has become a passion of mine; taking a big-picture look at a business and how it operates financially from start to finish.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
Through analysis, time management, communication and adaptability.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I grew up in two households that both emphasized hard work and going after goals and desires head-first. Being an only child really influenced my independent nature.
How would your friends describe you?
Loyal, giving and supportive. They’d also definitely slip in a joke about my self-deprecating humor.
List three interesting things about you, but only one of them needs be true.
I have a Taco Bell tattoo. I only recently watched Star Wars for the first time (Luke is THE worst), and I can deadlift 225lbs.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
I’d have to say the environment. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever encountered, incredibly lively and supportive. I feel so #blessed!
