How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
I support Salo’s overall technical experience by connecting with employees to assist with their core IT issues.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
I’ve worked in IT for the last 17 years, with a majority of those in the accounting field. Prior to that, I spent 8 years in various customer service roles. Both of these serve me well in my role at Salo.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
Being at the ready to answer and solve any technical issues with enthusiasm and responsiveness.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
My interest in technology started at a young age with an Apple //c and a 300 baud modem. That familiarity made me love technology and what I could accomplish with it.
How would your friends describe you?
Loyal and dependable, with a slightly odd sense of humor.

I have a photography business. I believe Ice Cream > Pie > Cake. I think spiders are super creepy.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
The people at Salo are an amazing bunch. It’s great to be surrounded by a group of such energetic and upbeat people.
