How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?

I would describe the Customer Experience Specialist role as an important support role for not only the consultants, but also the individuals on my team and the internal staff here at Salo. My purpose here is to help my team run smoothly as well as to help others as best as I can.

 

How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?

In my previous roles in retail, customer service, as well as in reception have helped me prepare me for this role. I have learned a lot about teamwork and helping others with my previous roles which also has prepared me for working in this role. Finally, I have learned about how companies and employees can work together to create a better atmosphere and to keep the company moving forward which also helps me here at Salo.

 

How do you achieve business outcomes?

I would say that I achieve business outcomes by being prepared and by communicating clearly and effectively with those around me on my team and on other teams. Having a positive outlook and bringing that into the workplace is another way I think I achieve business outcomes.

 

What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?

I grew up in a close, caring, and open family. My parents always taught me to do my very best and to work hard which has led me to do the same in any job I have had, as well as in my life in general. I was also brought up to be positive and to see the good in all situations no matter how hard, which also has impacted the way I approach work and life.

 

How would your friends describe you?

Loyal, caring, fun loving, positive, and adventurous.

 

List three interesting things about you, but only one of them needs be true.

I have a rescued cat named Lola who is more like a dog. I can Surf (not well but that’s what practice is for) and I have walked/climbed to the top of Machu Picchu.

 

What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?

I think my favorite thing about working here at Salo is the atmosphere and the people. Everyone is so nice and works hard to help each other the best that they can.
