How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?

I work with clients to assist with current and future initiatives. This means working closely with our consultants to provide them with diverse experiences and ensure they are challenged and being utilized to their full potential. This results in meaningful outcomes for all parties involved.

How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?

I started my career in public accounting, followed by a few roles in reporting and corporate finance, with litigation consulting being my most recent position.  Wearing various corporate hats has given me an appreciation of what challenges companies face, both internally and externally. I have also learned that the right people in the right places at the right time can really make or break outcomes.

How do you achieve business outcomes?

Through trust, teamwork and communication. Sometimes you have to let things happen, believe in yourself and those around you, and communicate, communicate, communicate.

What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?

I grew up with two working parents that somehow were able to balance both work and family, all while not having family nearby. This has made me want to be a working parent and be able to show my own kids that it can be done all while having fun… most of the time.

How would your friends describe you?

A little on the high strung side, big hearted and funny

List three interesting things about you, but only one of them needs be true.

I took two languages in college. I failed drivers ed. I have never had a cavity.

What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?

The music that we play in the office every day. At my last job you could hear a pin drop and colleagues making dentist appointments.
