How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
My role is multi-faceted. We are on a mission to be the stand out leaders in Chicago – I am responsible for providing overall team leadership and direction, nurturing and growing our Chicago team; and for leading growth in the market.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
As a CFO for the past 14 years, I have the unique ability to understand the needs and concerns of our clients. Having been a consultant at multiple points in my career, I also understand the perspectives and needs for and of consultants, and the difference they can make for our clients.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I was born and raised in a small Midwest town. It instilled in me early the values of respect, compassion, a hard work ethic, and the value of education and family, and a healthy dose of competition.
How would your friends describe you?
Tried and true, dependable and forever. Good with either a night out on the town or an evening at home with a movie. A problem solver, an optimist, a strategist, a volunteer.
List three interesting things about you, but only one of them needs be true.
I am a slalom water-skier, I love to travel and explore new things and I am an IronMan (Woman).
