How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
My role is to assist employees with their health insurance and retirements to understand what are the best benefits for their families.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
My background as an HRIS Specialist/HR Generalist along with extensive responsibilities in the administration of employee benefits information has given me an ever-increasing understanding of how to work better with employees over the past eleven years.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
Typically, I utilize prior experiences and knowledge of varied HR protocols and processes to leverage new ideas to meet the goals at hand. Integration of these methods into a team approach is always a preferred method.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
My experience with many cultures and people while living in several different countries gave me unique ways to appreciate the positive aspects of life, as well as put challenges of life into proper perspective.
How would your friends describe you?
Always happy, smiling, but sassy sometimes in just the right amounts. Helpful, friendly, and always ready to lend a hand.

I am third in line to be heir to the Tigre plumbing fixtures fortune in Brazil. I speak four languages. I have a twin sister.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
First and foremost is the people here at Salo. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to growing friendships as I continue to grow my career.
