How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?

I connect talented consultants to clients in order to drive desired business outcomes. My definition of success is providing a meaningful experience for all.

How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?

My experience serving audit clients at Deloitte and in a variety of finance roles at Ameriprise Financial and Target has allowed me to understand the challenges and complexities that businesses face and the need to adapt to constant change.  Inherent in all my experiences has been the importance of building trust and meaningful relationships – it’s people that make the difference.

How do you achieve business outcomes?

Leveraging my natural curiosity.  I seek to understand the situation, needs, people and other variables by asking questions.  With a solid understanding of those elements, I help drive solutions that produce the desired outcomes for clients.

What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?

I approach work and life with an intensity that stemmed from growing up on a family-owned dairy farm in Wisconsin.  A hard work, no-quit ethic was instilled early on, and I learned that while self-reliance is critical, it’s through the support and help of others that even greater achievements are realized.

How would your friends describe you?

Driven, positive, fun to be around

I’m a Gemini with a love of traveling the world. I run marathons. I played the piano for 14 years and never got over stage fright.

What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?

The people and the positive energy they bring each and every day!
