Salo is a proud member of the Finance and Accounting Consultants Alliance (FINACA), a nationwide network of consulting firms specializing in the areas of accounting, internal audit, and financial management. We partner alongside other firms in our industries to stay up-to-date on industry trends, discuss learnings and insights and leverage business opportunities.
Nick Gust, Managing Director at Salo and FINACA Membership Chair recently attended the 2018 Spring event in Nashville and we caught up with him to learn the insights shared.
The group heard from outside speakers including Dave Phillips from CHILDS Advisory Partners, Mike Platt from INSIDE Public Accounting and Zach Davis from Stevens & Lee. They shared insights on topics such as the M&A space in our industry, the ever-changing marketplace for our services, the shifting competitive landscape and the changing labor laws. They also reviewed our inter-company business development and are happy to see revenue, referral and cross-sell opportunities between our firms continuing to expand.
For more information about FINACA membership, contact Nick Gust, FINACA Membership Chair and Salo Managing Director via phone (612.230.7256) or on LinkedIn
Our meetings have continued to produce great content and learnings for the firms in our alliance and we are already looking forward to the next time we come together in October 2018
