How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
My role is to be a consulting resource for both candidates and clients as they look to achieve their career and organizational goals.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
I worked in audit at Boulay for more than 6 years, and I am extremely grateful for my public accounting experience. It further developed my ability to problem solve, make decisions quickly and adapt to an ever-changing environment, which are necessary skills in the recruiting and consulting world.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
I build long-term relationships and listen diligently to both my candidates and clients as they discuss their goals and objectives. I use my ability to identify candidate talent, as well as the needs of an organization, to help achieve business outcomes.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
Since a young age, my family instilled the importance of hard work, earning trust through honesty and integrity and being accountable for your actions. I believe this mindset has helped me develop and retain the relationships I have today. I was also very active in athletics and other activities growing up, which taught me how to compete, the value of teamwork and the importance of hard work. I carry these values with me today.

Driven, loyal and fun!

I am an avid world traveler, I played both football and hockey in college, and my golf score rarely surpasses 100 through 18 holes.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
My favorite thing is the energy and team camaraderie throughout the office. Each individual serves as a key piece to the organization as a whole, but the value of “team” is extremely recognizable on a day-to-day basis.
