Elisabeth Kraft Dittmann
How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
My role is listening to people. I help clients and consultants find the solutions that will drive the next step in their career or business and then I connect the two sides to drive the best outcomes for both.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
My entire career I have improved business efficiencies by connecting the right people together. I began my career as a recruiter because I love the business of people. I am energized by the process of connecting people to accomplish goals. From my experience at a variety of small to large global organizations, I have learned that it is all about finding what motivates each individual and company.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
By having open conversations with people to find out their true desired outcomes. I focus on how we can achieve their goals and follow through to delivery.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I was raised by an incredibly supportive and involved family. My parents always focused on independence, responsibility and community involvement. They gave me the support system to be able to take risks and branch into a variety of different activities. As a result, I look at every experience as an opportunity for growth and learning.
How would your friends describe you?
Optimistic, driven, encouraging and the “social planner”
List three interesting things about you, but only one of them needs to be true.
I foster dogs, I have lived on both coasts of the U.S., and I have gone sky diving six times.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
Connecting with amazing people. I have a job that allows me to network and be surrounded by people that have a passion for what they do.
