How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
My goal is to build trusted business relationships with my clients. I look to understand their current challenges, past staffing successes and failures, and team culture. Whenever a talent gap is holding a client back from driving toward their desired future state, I am equipped with the insight necessary to take things beyond the resumes into the intangibles that can make all the difference in a successful project.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
During my time at Northwestern Mutual, I was constantly engaging with policy holders and discussing their personal finances. It helped develop my ability to break down barriers and establish a level of trust where those often difficult and personal conversations were fluid.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
In my opinion, it all starts with asking questions to get at the root of the need and what is required to achieve the desired outcomes. The success of each project is dependent upon how well we understand the need, our client, and our consultants.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I survived my adolescent years with a heavy dose of humor, curiosity, and compassion. I try not to sweat the small things and I am definitely a glass half-full kind of person.

I lived in Australia and have hand fed a wild kangaroo. I always order my latte extra hot. I lost 100lbs through Weight Watchers
