How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
I am responsible for Salo’s digital marketing channels and content strategy. It’s my job to build awareness and promote Salo’s offerings to drive business results, while also making sure the Salo brand comes through in all of our marketing efforts.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
I have worked in several functions of marketing since 2012, including both digital and consumer marketing. The majority of my experience has been in the financial services industry helping financial advisors grow their local businesses and better serve their clients through various marketing initiatives.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
In order to reach my business goals I use a combination of skills. I think it’s important to utilize resources, analyze the data and leverage productive business partner relationships. I’m also a very organized person that loves to make plans, which helps me juggle multiple projects and timelines at once.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I’ve always been encouraged by my parents to reach high and far and never doubt myself, while always treating others with kindness and respect.
How would your friends describe you?
I bring everyone together! I love to make plans, connect different friend groups and have a fun time. I think they’d also say I’m a very loyal and dependable person who they can always count on.
What are three interesting things about you, but only one of them needs be true.
I have never owned a car. I have been to four of seven continents. I am the oldest of four children.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
The culture and passion! Everyone here believes in what we do. It’s a team full of very driven people that also know how to have some fun.
