How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
Manage the Search team and strive to make hiring for my clients efficient and effective. My team finds the best talent in the market and matches them to our client’s needs.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
I have been in the Search business for over 20 years, and prior to that I was in Big 4 public accounting. I understand first hand, my client’s needs.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
I work hard to understand our client’s needs and in many situations help them identify what is best for their company. We take a consultative approach to search and pride ourselves in presenting quality professionals.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
It gave me a strong sense of family with solid work ethic. I started working as a paper delivery boy and de-tasseled corn when I was twelve. I also worked a variety of jobs while going to college at University of Oklahoma.
How would your friends describe you?
Friendly, outgoing, always willing to help.

I have been married for 26 years and have 3 daughters. I enjoy golf and I am really good at it. I love the outdoors from hunting and fishing to boating and motorcycles.
