How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
Serving clients in audit at PwC and working in finance at Target allowed me to understand many aspects of the business. All of these experiences taught me the importance of a team and building meaningful relationships in the business world.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
I take time to listen to a business problem my team member might be facing, ask questions to understand the situation, and help them identify the right solution to meet the goals for their client and consultant.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I was encouraged to take accountability for my actions and to give my all at whatever I do. It was modeled for me that people matter and the impact you have on them can make a difference in life. I seek to approach every team and business interaction I have with that in mind.
How would your friends describe you?
Loyal, dependable, and relatable

I have a lake house up north that we live in most of the year. I am the second of seven kids. I like to be outside as much as possible; cross country skiing in the winter, being on the lake in the summer, and running all year round.
