How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
Meeting the needs of my clients, providing meaningful experiences for our consultants and having fun while doing it all!
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
One of my first real jobs was at a retail store (Dayton’s). I still remember how much fun I had helping the guests find what they need and feel good about their purchases. Serving clients in audit at PwC and working in finance at Target allowed me to understand many aspects of business. All of these experiences taught me the importance of efficiency, excellent employees and meaningful relationships in the business world.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
I take time to listen and ask questions to understand my clients’ needs and our consultants’ goals. This helps ensure I provide a solution that allows both the client and the consultant to achieve their desired outcomes.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I was encouraged to take accountability for my actions and to give my all at whatever I do. It was modeled for me that people matter and the impact you have on them can make a difference for life. I seek to approach every business interaction I have with that in mind.
How would your friends describe you?
Loyal, dependable and relatable
List three interesting things about you, but only one of them needs be true.
I love taking random trips up North to my cabin with our plane. Someday I want to own a beach house and live there half the year. Despite my dislike of cold weather, I bundle up and run outside all year round.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
Everyone is happy!
