How would you describe your role, purpose, or the outcomes you drive?

I have responsibility for the Minneapolis and Chicago finance business lines and my focus is to further unite these business units, drive continued growth, and ensure more opportunities for our consultants.

How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?

In addition to a CPA background in both Big 4 and industry roles,  I have over 10 years of experience in a variety of roles with SALO which has provided a deep level of industry knowledge and expertise with a track record of driving growth.  This backdrop of experience provides a unique ability to unify the business lines and elevate the overall finance business.

How do you achieve business outcomes?

By understanding the outcomes that the client is striving to achieve, I am consistently able to provide the right talent at the right time.

What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?

Being the fourth out of five kids, I have honed the ability to quickly assess an opportunity, determine possible solutions and get things done – all while ensuring a sense of unity and not taking anything personally.

How would your friends describe you?

Trustworthy, friendly, resourceful, scrappy, and fun to be around.

What are a few interesting things about you, but only one of them needs to be true.

I ran my first marathon the year I turned forty. I plan to be on a curling team. I love to ride my scooter.

What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?

My favorite thing about working at SALO is being around a great group of high performing, energetic people on a daily basis.
