How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
My role is to provide support for the Chief Connection Officer and help create more meaningful connections for employees, clients and the community.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
I have extensive experience in the administrative field, including previous administrative roles in the retail and architecture industries.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
I believe providing support is all about anticipating needs. I’m also a morning person. I try my best to be one of the first people in the office so I can stay a step ahead in supporting my team.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
I grew up on a farm and learned early on the value of hard work. There were no vacation days on the farm! I continue to value getting up early, working hard, and doing my best every single day.
How would your friends describe you?
Organized, creative and fun.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in painting. I have traveled to Europe, Asia and Latin America. I visited Cheech Marin’s Malibu home to view his private art collection.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
The energy. From the people to the music that plays in the office, Salo is buzzing with positive energy.
