How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
I’m a connector – our clients are looking for great consultants and our consultants are looking for great places to work. I’m driven to serve our consultants and clients by making great matches.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
I started my career in the audit practice at Deloitte and have worked in a variety of finance and accounting roles since then – I’ve seen how effective the right person in the right place can be and want to bring that to my clients and consultants. I love to talk about my clients’ unique challenges and leverage our network of consultants to solve those problems.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
Every client has a fascinating history and a unique set of problems. I love talking business, understanding the client’s needs, and connecting them to the right consultant.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
My parents were hands-off and results-oriented. I discovered early in life that there are a lot of different ways of finding success in life, and I’m extremely curious about the different strategies people have for solving problems, getting things done, and finding happiness. I love asking questions and listening to answers.
