How would you describe your role, purpose or the outcomes you drive?
I work to prepare financials that provide the most benefit for informed decision making.
How has your previous work experience prepared you for your role with Salo?
Salo is my first full time position out of college. My prior experiences have varied from Barista, Camp Counselor and intern at a leadership training company. Each have broadened my skill set, taught me how to lead, handle crisis situations and collaborate with others for optimal results.
How do you achieve business outcomes?
I think it’s important to ask a lot of questions with the goal of finding possible efficiencies and new ways to use and present information.
What impact did your upbringing have on the way you approach your work and life?
The summer I turned 11, I took a babysitting certification class and began mowing lawns around the neighborhood with my brothers. Both jobs taught me a lot about accountability, time management and responsibility.
How would your friends describe you?
Motivated, passionate, thoughtful and hardworking.

I’ve won a turtle racing contest, I pop my own popcorn on the stove, and I’ve sung an abnormal amount of karaoke in my life.
What is your favorite thing about working at Salo?
The people! Oh, and my ping pong game has been dramatically improving.
